Proper crop “Nutrition Management” is an extremely important pre-condition for healthy and vigorous crops. In this regard, they are one of the burning Factors for higher yields. Crop Nutrition, thus, should be a Priority in striving to meet global food demand; after all, without essential Macro and Micronutrients, there would not be healthy and safe food with higher yields.
Requirements of Micronutrients are very small but they directly reflects on Crop Growth and Development. Most important Micronutrients are Boron, Iron, Manganese and Zinc.
Reliance on Nature to heal Nature is becoming popular in modern cultivation. It is overtaking Synthetic health and environment hazardous Chemicals day by day. Synthetic pesticides are becoming unpopular both to the Producers as well as to Consumers due to their Efficacy, durability, chemical deposition, Toxicity, Reliability, quick knock down effect and finally pollution to the universe,
in case of Bio-fertilizers, they have an immense role in the “Nutrition Management” and is a replacement of hazardous Chemical Fertilizers. It adds nutrients through the natural processes of Nitrogen Fixation, Solubilising Phophorus and stimulating plant growth through the synthesis of Growth Promoting Substances, water uptake, root development, vegetative growth, etc. Healthy plants can be grown, through the use of Bio-fertilizers, in addition they enhances the Sustainability and the Health of the Soil.
On the other hand, Biopesticides are derivatives of Plants, Microorganisms and Insects. They are potential alternatives to synthetic pesticides. Sources of Biopesticides are readily available, easily biodegradable, exhibits various modes of action, less expensive and have very low toxicity to the environment and non-target organisms.
