Cancellation Policy
KRISHI BHARATI, here in after called as “the company” a thriving sector in all the spectrum of farming e. g. aquaculture, agriculture, landscaping etc. Invariably tries to ensure that our customers are served with the best possible manner and therefore, we are introducing a liberal & customer friendly cancellation policy.
About the Policy:
Cancellations shall be entertained only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order along with the stipulated payment there on. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the processing of the orders has already been initiated by the company or the vendors/merchants of the company.
For Same Day Delivery category, there shall be no cancellation option.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the KRISHI BHARATI marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Bengali / English New Year Eve, Christmas Eve, Saraswati Puja / Basanta Panchami, Pongal, Dipabali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not permissible.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and nondurable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the company / vendor /merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. It is mandatory to report the concerned department within 6 hours of delivering or receipt of the product(s) at your address having shared the video & image showing the damage or defect clearly for evaluation & verification by our experts. On the basis of the video & image thus received and on receiving the confirmation from our expert team, the final decision regarding the replacement of the product(s) shall be settled by the concerned department.
In case you feel that the product received is of different variety, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 6 hours from receiving the product(s) through sharing the video & image showing the plat(s). The Customer Service Team after verifying the complaint will take an appropriate decision.
replacement / Refund Policy
Refund can only be possible against the orders for which initiation of packaging or shipping activity has not been carried on. Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded until & unless there is any major set-back or fault involved from our end. In case you feel the delivered product is not as per the specification, please contact our customer care team within 6 hours of receiving the product. The concerned department will evaluate the fact and take appropriate action.
